You are welcome to send your paper to The International Conference on Smart Digital Environment 2017 (ICSDE 2017). The submission process is organized in three steps :
Step 1: Abstract submission: Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract.
Step 2: Full Paper submission Authors whose abstracts have passed the first round of peer review will be invited to submit the full paper version.
Step 3: Final version Paper submission Once the full paper has been accepted for publication, the authors will receive instructions for submitting the final version to be published in ICSDE’17 Proceedings, and ACM Digital Library (ISBN 978-1-4503-5281-9), indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).
NOTE: At least one author of a paper must be registered at the full conference fee. Otherwise the paper cannot be published within the proceedings.
Three authors first sending best abstract and full paper will be exempt from registration fees
Your abstract should be up to 500 words and please download the abstract template given in the website. The format will help you to submit your abstract, therefore you are requested to follow the format carefully for your abstract submission. The abstract will be rejected if it is not as per the expected format. Please send a brief biography together with the Abstract.
After undergoing the double blind reviewing process by the scientific reviewing panel, all authors will be informed about the acceptance of their abstract within 1 to 2 days after its receipt.
Authors should indicate their presentation preference: oral, poster or virtual. The Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.Abstract Template
You are required to send your Abstract to firstname.lastname@example.org before the deadline. The acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you.
If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to submit your full paper, before the deadline.
Full paper submission
Authors are invited to submit original papers that aren't currently under review in any other conference or journal. Submission should be written in correct English ,PDF Format, approximately 8 pages in two columns, including figures and references.
All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance and originality.
